Martell is a producer in Cognac known for its elegant, smooth brandies. It is a successful brand on an international level and is the oldest in the region. Martell sources grapes from across the Cognac region. The brand has had a particular association with Borderies, the smallest Cognac crus. The Ugni Blanc grapes grown here in silica-clay soils are known for their floral aromas and are major contributors to the elegant, subtle style of the top Cognacs in the range.

Martell XO presents an intense note of fig, red fruit, and blackcurrant bud, giving full expression to the power and finesse of Eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne, leading into an exceptionally long and robust finish.
