botanicals, which includes a mixture of Blood Oranges from Sicily, juniper, coriander, cassava, cassia
bark, angelica root, liquorice root, coastal grown Italian lemon peel, and Sicilian grapefruit peel.
Malfy Gin maintains its traditional Italian distilling technique that dates back to the 11th century, using
copper stills, the finest Italian botanical and alpine spring water. Monviso water from Crissolo Spring –
the highest and purest spring in Italy. The Almafi Coast-inspired Malfy Gin with a story that began with
a collection of books compiled under the name “Compendium Salernite,” which includes a recipe for
tonic wine infused with juniper berries.
Malfy Con Arancia bodies an elegant deep ruby red colour, with an aroma of orange blossom, a slight
juniper background. The taste note offers an almost salty dry, complex juniper and liquorice with a
subtle hint of citrus.
