Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition Irish Whiskey 750ml

After a successful experiment with stout beer barrels, Jameson settled on maturing its signature Irish whiskey in Irish Pale Ale (IPA) beer barrels. The result is Jameson’s smoothness rubbing shoulders with IPA introducing light hints of hops, fresh citrus, and floral notes.

Tasting notes of the Jameson IPA Edition features hops and light citrus with sweet herbal notes and delicate spicy tones. Plain caramel in colour, the IPA edition has floral, herbal hops, grapefruit citrus notes with subtle orchard fruits, complemented by wood shavings and a slight nuttiness on the nose.

Best enjoyed when served with some ice cubes, tonic water, and lemon wedge.
