Inverroche Rum has complex spice and wooded notes, with a roasted coffee and peated finish. What makes their rums unique is the lime rich waters of the Stilbaai region. It is this water, in concert with blackstrap treacle molasses, which gives Inverroche rums its inherent minerality and flinty character.
